Sending a request
A request sent through the website records the selected direction and a contact for communication. Execution starts after a manager confirms the route, the amount, the reserve and the terms.
Confirmation of terms
The rate, the reserve and the timing are considered agreed once a manager has confirmed them. If the direction is non-standard, the terms are selected individually for the client's task.

All client information remains confidential and is never shared with third parties.
